Your Role:As a Dental Assistant at Natural Smiles, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients have a comfortable and positive experience while supporting our clinical team in delivering top-notch care. Responsibilities include:

Assisting the dentist during a variety of procedures, with an emphasis on surgical cases.
Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for each patient.
Taking and processing dental X-rays as needed.
Sterilizing and maintaining instruments and equipment to the highest standards.
Educating patients about post-operative care and oral hygiene.
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
Supporting the team in ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant with surgical experience is preferred.
Certification in dental assisting (CDA or EFDA) is a plus.
Proficiency in assisting with dental implants, extractions, and other surgical procedures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
A compassionate and professional demeanor with a focus on patient care.
Familiarity with dental software (experience with Open Dental is a bonus).
A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
