Job Description

Cobblestone Ridge is looking for a Dental Hygienist to help treat patients and promote oral health. We have been serving Macomb Twp. since 2000 and are a privately owned family practice . As part of our office you should be reliable and able to build trust with patients of all ages. Have deep knowledge of relevant health and safety rules and a good eye for oral issues. Uniforms and continuing education allowance provided. If you have a steady hand and a big smile, we’d like to meet you!
Responsibilities

Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination
Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontal disease
Clean and help protect patients’ teeth (e.g. remove plaque or apply fluoride)
Take X-rays
Maintain documentation and charts on each patient
Optional one Saturday per month (October-March)

Skills

Proven experience as Dental Hygienist
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession.
Outstanding communication skills
Attention to detail
Valid license to practice

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41.00 - $44.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
