Job Description

We are looking for a friendly FULL TIME dental receptionist to join our team. We need someone who will help ensure an efficient and pleasant day for patients and the dental team. Compensation is negotiable and competitive as well as bonus opportunities available for part time and full time.
Qualifications/Responsibilities/Required Skills

Greet and welcome guests
Perform registration process for patients
Coordinate incoming/outgoing lab cases
Schedule appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
Insurance verification and billing
Appeal insurance denials (when applicable)
Carry out office procedures smoothly and efficiently
Prepare treatment plans and financial arrangements for customers
Maintain accurate patient records
Obtain medical clearances from physician offices (when applicable)
Receive, sort and distribute daily emails, mail and deliveries
Maintain tidy waiting room, staff lounge, and receptionist desk
RELIABLE & TIMELY
Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge of dental terminology and dental insurance
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Easily adaptable to change/growth of business
Well-organized
Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
High school diploma

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND IS NEGOTIABLE.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
