We are a General Dentist (Private Practice) seeking a reliable, dependable, and responsible hard working dental hygienist who is a great team player.
*Full-Time Needed: Monday-Thursday 7:15am-3:30pm
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and proficiency in Dentrix and Dexis. As a vital member of our team, you will play an essential role in promoting oral health and educating patients about preventive care.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients.
Take and record medical histories and patient information.
Utilize dental terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Maintain accurate medical records using Dentrix
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care techniques.
Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
Collaborate with dentists and other team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
Skills
Proficient in using Dentrix + Dexis
Strong knowledge of medical records management and documentation practices.
Familiarity with general dentistry procedures and dental assisting tasks.
Understanding of infection control standards within a clinical setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Compassionate approach to patient care, ensuring comfort and trust throughout their visit.

Must have experience and knowledge with treatment planning.
