Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and caring Dental Assistant who wishes to transition to the front desk to join our team! As a front desk team member, you will provide an exceptional experience that makes our clients feel like family. You will complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, check in, check out, managing practice schedule flow. The ideal candidate has previous experience as a Dental Assistant. Responsibilities

Check in
Check out
Taking and posting payments
Entering patient data into our practice management software (Dentrix)
Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
Providing a memorable "New Patient Experience"
Answering phones
Checking voicemail
Checking and responding to emails
Communicating with vendors
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
Communicating with labs
Qualifications

Experience with Dentrix or Eaglesoft is preferred
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Excellent follow up and follow through
High degree of reliability
