Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a comfortable experience for our patients. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health, educating patients on proper dental hygiene practices, and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional care.
Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, utilizing aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
Assess patients’ oral health by taking vital signs and conducting comprehensive patient assessments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and dietary recommendations.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist in pediatric dentistry procedures, providing care tailored to the needs of younger patients.
Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to develop treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Experience

Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist or similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and dental assisting techniques.
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
