Job Description

In search of an auxiliary dental assistant. No experience required, we will teach you everything. Pre-dental students encouraged to apply.
We are a young practice (1 yr old!) located in Monmouth Junction, building our vision from the ground up (literally). We value quality patient interaction and are looking to find a team member that will help support our growth.
While your duties as a dental assistant are important, we value your overall wellbeing and will prioritize that over all else. A dentist is only as good as their assistant so you are a very crucial part of this puzzle we're trying to complete.
Duties:- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Prepare materials for impressions and restorations- Provide chair side assistance to the dentist during procedures- Assist with digital impressions- Set up and break down rooms- Help with administrative duties as needed- Be willing to learn and a great team player!
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a dental assistant program not required but an interest in dentistry is a PLUS- X-ray certification a plus- Knowledge of dental coding practices is a plus- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
