Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the orthodontist in providing excellent patient care and support in a busy orthodontic practice.

Training and Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma Required
RDA license Required
Orthodontic Assisting Experience Preferred
Responsibilities
Setting-up appointment equipment and seating patients
Taking patient records: photos, x-rays, and study models
Assisting the doctor in orthodontic procedures
Removing/replacing archwires
Preparing teeth for bonding brackets
Fitting orthodontic bands
iTero scans for Invisalign
Lab Work: making impressions, pouring up models, and constructing Essix retainers
Oral hygiene and treatment instruction for patients
Writing up treatment notes in our orthodontic software system
Occasionally helping with phone coverage and administrative tasks as needed
