Job Description

We are seeking a Call Center Representative for our premier specialty dental group practice. Prior dental experience is required for this role. Our call center leads the patient experience, coordination, and scheduling of dental care for multiple providers. This position is vital to providing an outstanding customer service experience, and making an impact through building relationships over the phone.This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, and fielding texts, emails, and chats to engage the prospective patient in conversation to learn their needs and to schedule an appropriate appointment. Additionally, the representative will accurately input client records, maintain data, and update patient information in a variety of client management computer systems as necessary. Ability to multi-task and demonstrate tech savviness in navigating a variety of computer programs is a must.Required Skills:Here’s an improved version of the list:
