## OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient care and assisting dental professionals in delivering quality dental services.
## Duties- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs- Prepare patients for treatments or check-ups- Take and develop dental X-rays- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical coding- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following procedures- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Manage inventory of dental supplies
## Requirements- Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures, including endodontics and general dentistry- Knowledge of medical records systems such as Epic and experience with medical imaging- Familiarity with anatomy, X-Ray procedures, and dental receptionist duties is a plus- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
