Job Description
Dental Health360 in Paramus, Clifton NJ and Spring Valley, NY is looking for one dental assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.
Who we are: Our beautiful dental practices in Spring Valley, NY & Clifton and Paramus, NJ are seeking a caring, personable, and reliable Dental Assistant to join our growing organization. The applicant must be highly motivated, have solid communication skills and be a team player that can maintain a professional attitude at all times with both patients and staff and most importantly follow direction, work quickly on their feet and understand the "flow" of the office.
About the position: Full-time or part-time schedule with ability to work evenings and Saturdays/Sundays.

Responsibilities
*assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures *taking and developing dental radiographs (x-rays) *Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment *Helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment; Provide consistent exceptional service *Taking impressions of patients' teeth for study casts (models of teeth) *Performing office tasks that often require the use of a personal computer *Helping to provide direct patient care in all dental specialties, including but not limited to, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, periodontics and oral surgery *Set up and sanitation of exam rooms *Ensure medical safety guidelines and procedures are met *Ability to have flexible hours; maintain cleanliness of office throughout *Ability to take direction from office manager & dentist
Qualifications
*Experience working in general dentistry (preferred) *High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills *Certifications and licenses (Min X-Ray License with CDA preferred)

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $27.00 - $29.00/hour.
