Job Description
Job Overview: We seek a skilled and caring General Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is proficient in a wide range of dental procedures and committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. You will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and educating patients on oral health while maintaining a positive patient experience.
Duties:
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions.
Develop and implement treatment plans for a variety of dental conditions.
Perform routine procedures including fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and preventive care.
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Work closely with dental assistants and hygienists to provide quality care.
Ensure patient comfort and provide a welcoming environment.
Stay current with new dental techniques and technology.
Qualifications:
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
Current Dental License in the state of New Jersey.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing dentist preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is highly preferred.
