Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and reliable person to work as a dental assistant in our multi-doctor office . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice! We are looking for an energetic and reliable person to work as a dental assistant in our multi-doctor office . A team player who possess excellent computer and organizational skills. Reliable transportation is a must! You will be required to travel between offices.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to :- Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.- Manage patient records accurately, including updating medical histories and treatment plans in Eaglesoft system.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control standards to ensure patient safety.- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients, answering questions, and addressing concerns effectively.- Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions.- Work collaboratively with the dental team to enhance patient experience and office efficiency.- Stay updated on HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with endodontics is a plus. We are willing to train the right person!- Proficient in using computers.- Strong understanding of infection control protocols within a dental clinic setting.- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and teamwork.- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
