You'll Offer
3+ years of experience as a dental assistant in a fast-paced, high-volume practice, consistently delivering exceptional service to 10,000 patients a year
Infectious enthusiasm, attention to detail, and top-notch clinical skills in chair-side assisting, taking accurate impressions, and efficiently preparing treatment rooms
Proven ability to anticipate the needs of the dentist and patients, ensuring smooth procedures and positive experiences
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, educate patients, and collaborate effectively with the dental team
Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of patient cases, maintain accurate records, adhere to sterilization protocols, and provide thorough post-operative instructions
Proficiency in dental terminology, radiography, modern dental technology, and computer software such as Eaglesoft, Cerec, iTero, and Invisalign
Meticulous attention to detail when documenting patient information, taking vital signs, and maintaining inventory
Quick problem-solving abilities to address patient concerns or procedure-related challenges while maintaining a calm, positive demeanor
Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated with the latest dental techniques and best practices
Warm, empathetic, and authentic demeanor to build lasting relationships with patients and make them feel safe
Physical stamina, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced "organized chaos" dental practice
X-ray certification (mandatory) and Expanded Functions Certification (mandatory)
Bilingual English/Spanish is an advantage
Our Offer
4-5 day work week (Monday - Friday)
9,500 active patients
Competitive salary: $21 - $29 per hour, commensurate with experience
