OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. This role involves diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and ensuring the overall health of patients' teeth and gums. The Dentist will work closely with a team of dental professionals in a supportive environment that emphasizes patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health to diagnose dental issues.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and preventive care.
Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
Manage pediatric dentistry cases with patience and expertise.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using Dentrix software.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the best care possible.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Experience in endodontics is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures related to dental fabrication.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is advantageous.
Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of dentistry.
