Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled dentist to work part time during a maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on quality treatment and patient education. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures including endodontics and crown and bridge. The dentist will work collaboratively with our dental team to ensure the highest standards of patient care in a welcoming and professional environment.
Duties

Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and preventive care.
Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and document treatment plans using Dentrix software.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote overall health.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance service delivery.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized dental clinic.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in endodontics is highly a plus.
Familiarity with medical records management and dental terminology.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients and staff.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate manner.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $700.00 per day
