Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Set up and Break down of clinical rooms- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Organizing supplies and tracking inventory- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments- Taking Radiographs as needed- Provide patient education and post-operative care- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality- Assist with dental lab tasks such as pouring models and trimming impressions
Qualifications:- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program- X-ray certification required- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments- Proficiency in Dentrix dental software systems- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment
