Job Description
Responsibilities: **MUST BE PROFICIENT IN OPEN DENTAL** ** MUST BE ABLE TO MAKE TEMP CROWNS**COMFORTABLE PRESENTING TREATMENT**- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members- Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols- Assist the dentist with patient procedures, including taking X-rays and providing chairside support- Conduct patient assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting medical history- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to effectively communicate with patients and team members- Proficiently navigate open dental software
Qualifications:
-Front and back office experience, phone skills, computer knowledge, and an outgoing personality.
-Travel between 2 offices. Palm city/Port St Lucie -Digital scanning experience a plus. Itero or TRIOS systems.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a clinical assistant or similar role- Certified dental assistant preferred- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and instruments- Proficient in taking X-rays and conducting patient assessments- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation- Ability to lead a team and provide guidance when needed

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
