Job Description
We are seeking a Sterilization Assistant who is looking for a position in which to grow and develop professionally alongside a team of talented smile specialists. We are a family-owned private practice with two locations in the Inland Empire. This opportunity is a full-time position that requires availability Monday through Friday. Note that all team members work in both locations.
Primary job responsibilities include sterilizing instruments and other supplies and equipment, maintaining clean and orderly treatment areas, delivering patient care instructions, performing basic administration functions, and participating in marketing efforts.
An ideal candidate would have:
current CPR certification
strong verbal communication skills (Spanish-speaking a plus!)
a reliable and proactive work ethic
the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
proficiency with basic computer programs and software applications
a positive and energetic attitude with a team-player mindset
a passion for making people smile
Although preference will be given to applicants with at least 1 year of experience in dentistry, we are willing to train the right person. We provide a pathway to obtain dental radiography and orthodontic assisting certifications through our Practice.
