- Permanent Dental Hygienist Job
- Fresno, CA
Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join my super awesome dental team.
The Practice
This practice is the opposite of a DSO Corporation. I (Dr. Ross) have owned the practice for 8 years and live a couple miles away. We build authentic relationships with mostly adult patients and we take pride in our quality and care. We do not double book hygiene, nor accelerate hygiene, nor treat patients like cattle in an assembly line in a high pressure sales environment. Hygiene appointments are 60 minutes long and I don't anticipate changing that. That being said, we are technology forward and tend to refer less to specialists while being oriented for same-day and high quality treatment. I make all my own dental work and place all my own restorations, so I know they are worth putting my name behind.
This is the best of both worlds.
