Job Description

You'll be focused on creating stellar patient experiences by delivering excellent patient service and using your strong attention to detail to ensure everyday is successful and productive.

Description

What you'll be doing:

All things reception- greeting patients, answering phones, checking patients in and out, insurance verifications, etc.
Presenting investment options to patients (treatment plans and financial options)
Removing barriers to patient care - finding ways to say "YES!"

As a growing team player you will:

Maintain a positive and collaborative team culture
Work collaboratively with the Practice Manager to ensure efficient scheduling, follow ups and great communication with our patients
Be accountable for your role to ensure deadlines are met, goals are met or exceed daily, weekly and monthly
Participate in weekly meetings and share suggestions and ideas for improvement
Find solutions to challenges and take ownership of mistakes
Be someone dependable and reliable (show up on time, stay when the patients need you, have reliable transportation)
Be a culture champion and show support of the company both verbally and in your actions
Present treatment to patients and break down financial arrangements to get patients started in their treatment
Provide patients with a red carpet experience worthy of a 5 star google review - (answer phones with a smile, be positive, empathetic and convey that to patients)

This is a full time position which will include Monday to Friday and some Saturday availability.
