We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by coordinating patient treatment plans and providing exceptional customer service.
*Responsibilities*
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments for treatments
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial obligations to patients
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and collections
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Handle inquiries from patients in person and over the phone
- Assist with office management tasks as needed
*Requirements*
- Experience as a dental receptionist
- Knowledge of dental billing and collections processes
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with dental terminology is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in using phone systems and Eaglesoft software
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 37 per week
