Job Description
Swiatowicz Dental Associates is hiring a full-time member to join our hygiene department. Our practice is fast-paced and growing, and the ideal candidate will be an eager and adaptable quick-study.
Our multi-doctor practice is a general dental office, seeing patients from ages 1 to 101. We do the normal dental stuff (think fillings, crowns, dentures, extractions, and root canals), but we also do some things that set us apart from many other dental offices.
We work very closely with the intellectually and developmentally disabled (IDD) population in Delaware. As one of the only offices in the state serving this population, you have a unique opportunity to provide quality and compassionate dental care to this amazing group of patients.
Dr. Swiatowicz also practices dental sleep medicine. Don't know what that is? No problem! We will provide on the job training to familiarize you with it.
While we are open to a variety of awesome candidates, we do have a few requirements. You must be able to work a minimum of four days per week. Your license and CPR card must also be up to date. We expect candidates to have a positive attitude, a willingness to work and learn with others, and an endless capacity for putting up with our doctors' lame jokes.
This job is tough, but our team is fun and our office vibe is unlike any you've probably encountered. You should expect an excessive amount of seasonal decorations, regular snacks in the break room, and not one but TWO dinosaurs in our front garden!

Hours:
Monday - 10:30-6:30
Tuesday - 8:30-5:00
Wednesday - 8:30-6:00
Thursday - 8:30-5:00
Friday - 8:30-2:00
