As a Dental Specialist, you'll receive the specialized training needed to assist Army dentists in the examination and treatment of service members teeth. You'll help the dentist prepare for operations by selecting and arranging instruments and by taking patient’s dental impressions and X-rays. You’ll also manage the dental offices and patient records, perform preventive cleanings, take the patient’s blood pressure, pulse, and help administer anesthesia when needed.

Pay: $36,713.67 - $90,616.46 per year
