As a Dental Assistant, you will collaborate with skilled professionals to deliver vital dental care to those incarcerated at SCI Forest. Your responsibilities will include supporting the dentist during examinations and treatments, overseeing patient flow, maintaining dental records, offering chair-side assistance, and executing dental laboratory tasks. This position demands a high level of compassion and professionalism, as you are integral to ensuring the oral health of inmates and enhancing the overall operations of the dental office. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per weekWork hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $35,306.00 (before taxes).
