Pediatric Dental Assistant & Treatment Coordinator
Location: Oak Brook, IL
Type: Full-Time
Are you passionate about working with children and helping families achieve healthy, beautiful smiles?
We’re looking for a Pediatric Dental Assistant and Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic, patient-centered team.
What You’ll Do:

Assist our pediatric dentists with high-quality dental care.


Create a positive, fun, and comforting experience for our youngest patients.


Educate families on dental procedures, oral hygiene, and treatment plans.


Coordinate and discuss treatment plans and financial options with parents.


Maintain an organized and efficient patient flow.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in dental assisting (Pediatric experience preferred).


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to create a welcoming and child-friendly environment.


Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care.


Experience with treatment coordination or willingness to learn.


Certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA/RDA) is a plus.

Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week
