Monday & Wednesday: 8 AM – 4 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 7 AM – 3 PM
Friday: 7 AM – 1 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll split your time between two essential roles, keeping our practice running smoothly and our patients happy:

Front Desk Wizardry:
Greet patients like they’re family and set the tone for a great experience.
Schedule appointments with efficiency and charm using Eaglesoft.
Handle phone calls, patient questions, and insurance inquiries with confidence.
Chairside Magic:
Assist our team, including our in-house periodontist, during procedures with expertise and care.
Capture X-rays, manage impressions, and help with lab work.
Maintain a pristine environment by sterilizing equipment and prepping rooms.
Educate patients on post-procedure care, putting even the most nervous ones at ease.

What You Bring to the Table:

A dental background—you’ve worked in a dental setting before and know your way around a practice.
A warm, approachable demeanor that makes patients feel welcome and cared for.
Knowledge of Eaglesoft (or a willingness to master it).
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
