Dental Front Desk/Receptionist - Dental Arts of Santa Fe - Santa Fe, NM
- Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job
- Santa Fe, NM
Job Description
Dental Arts of Santa Fe is a very small private dental office located in the heart of Santa Fe focusing on the highest quality dental care and specializing in complex cases. We are different than most offices, as we prioritize one patient at a time to deliver an unparalleled level of patient and provider interaction. We are not in-network with any insurances, but we still help patients navigate the complexities of dental insurance. We are also a very small, no drama team that helps each other complete the daily tasks.
Dr. Jonathan Plaza and Dr. Jessica Mervau specialize in different areas of cosmetic dentistry, reconstructive dentistry, Invisalign, facial aesthetics (Botox, Dermal Filler, PDO threads), and of course, general dentistry.
Salaray: $20 - $30 per hour. The pay depends on experience, resume and being the right person for the job.
The Position: Front Desk.
As the Front Desk at Dental Arts of Santa Fe, your role is to be a leader in the office, collaborate with the doctors and other employees to provide exceptional service, manage the daily schedule, perform selected admin duties, present treatment plans, collect payments and manage the phones/scheduling. As a small office, your duties are broader than most front desk positions. Ideally, we are really looking for a self-motivated, team player who is looking for a unique opportunity and who is maybe a little tired of large, corporate dental offices.
