Responsibilities

Assist with patient intake and ensure accurate dental and medical records are maintained.
Support dental professionals in providing care through four-handed dentistry techniques.
Maintain infection control protocols and adhere to aseptic techniques during procedures.
Help manage patient flow within the clinic, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
Utilize software such as Open Dental for scheduling appointments and managing patient information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the dental clinic.
Stay informed about medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and infection control practices relevant to pediatrics.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of dental and medical records management and familiarity with dental clinic operations is preferred.
Understanding of aseptic technique and infection control practices is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
