OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for assisting in dental procedures and providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities- Perform aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during dental procedures- Implement infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff- Assist the dentist with general dentistry procedures- Utilize medical terminology accurately in patient interactions and documentation- Manage dental receptionist duties when needed- Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy to support dental procedures- Operate 3D scanners for dental imaging purposes- Take vital signs of patients before and after treatments
Experience- Prior experience in dental assisting is preferred- Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus- Proficiency in assisting with various dental procedures- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and recording
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.64 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
