Job Description
Can you run the Boston Marathon in 1 hour, save cats from trees, or professionally figure skate? Well...NEITHER CAN WE!!
We're a one location busy practice looking for the perfect person to join our team!
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, thrive well in an active workplace, and desire to be better each day. Attention to detail, a caring attitude, and a person eager to continue to broaden their skills are the most important attributes we're looking for.
Salary commensurate with experience, prefer 1 year of dental specific experience minimum. Must be proficient with digital technology.

Most patients are fearful of the dentist so we are looking for someone with an up beat attitude to really make everyone feel at home. The front desk receptionist role is one of the most important in the practice, you are the first voice on the phone that a patient hears and the first smiling face they see coming in. You set the tone for the rest of their visit.
Applicants must have experience with answering phone calls, managing schedules for doctors and hygienists, understanding dental codes, obtaining pre-estimates, checking dental insurance benefits and verification, understanding EOBs to answer patient billing questions, understanding when to give consent forms, and treatment plan presentations for patients. Applicants must also be comfortable discussing cost of treatment with patients and collecting payments, and be comfortable answering basic questions about dental procedures.
