Job SummaryExpanding dental office looking for Energetic, Caring and Friendly RDH to join our team

Our current RDH who is moving out of town is making around $80/hr (with the bonus)
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and vital signs checks.
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures with precision and care.
Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride treatments as needed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist the dentist during examinations and various procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow in the dental office.
Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes using dental terminology.
Adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Stay updated on advancements in general dentistry practices and pediatric care to enhance patient experiences.
Qualifications
Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Proficiency in medical terminology and dental terminology is essential.
Experience in pediatrics is a plus, with the ability to manage young patients effectively.
Strong skills in patient assessment and care, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Familiarity with general dentistry practices and procedures is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively within a dental office environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
