Our Puyallup Campus gives you the opportunity to work amongst a dedicated team of Dentists, Dental Specialists, and Hygienists. We believe this is how we become better and provide outstanding care for our patients, as well as development in ourselves.
The Light Dental Studios team goes above and beyond to set you up for success. Our software is simple to use, we offer ample time for patient care (1 hour for most visits, doctors do initial comprehensive exams), and our front office team audits every hygiene appointment to see what treatment is needed for the day including x-rays, fluoride, perio chart, and insurance coverage to insure your day flows as smoothly as possible and you can focus on giving your patient the best experience.
We are a 100% Dentist-owned multi location practice (not corporate) looking for a Dental Hygienist that wants to be proud of where they work. Full time, part time, or temp!

Our Hygienist:
Hourly rate guarantee and option for bonus compensation
Completely digital workflow from cloud based software, digital intra and extra oral imaging, iTero scanner, and up to date instrumentation and equipment.
One hour scheduled per patient for recare and per quadrant of scaling
Utilize a budget system to ensure good working instruments
Skills
Degree in Dental Hygiene
Valid WA state Registered Dental Hygiene license
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession (e.g. HIPAA)
Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
Outstanding communication skills
A patient and friendly personality
Attention to detail
Stamina to meet the physical demands of the job
