Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice on a Part Time basis - Tuesdays (and Wednesdays, if available). The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, ensuring their oral health and well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of various dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient care.
Duties

Perform routine dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Conduct dental procedures including but not limited to prosthodontics, dental extractions, and general dentistry.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records for each patient.
Fabricate dental appliances and prosthetics as needed.
Monitor vital signs during procedures to ensure patient safety.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide optimal patient care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Skills

Proficiency in prosthodontics and general dentistry techniques.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy.
Ability to perform dental extractions with precision.
Familiarity with medical documentation systems and record-keeping practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
Attention to detail in all aspects of patient care and treatment planning.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
