Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of dental needs
Oversee clinical team to ensure proper patient care
Provide exceptional care and treatment to patients
Work alongside the dental hygiene department to ensure proper preventative and periodontal care
Present treatment plans using digital tools and information to increase case acceptance
Maintain patient records and notes
Refer patients with needs outside of your scope of comfort to specialists
Comply with all regulatory agencies
Must be proficient in endodontic therapy, implants, clear aligners, and surgical procedures
Instruct patients on the use of recommended devices for orthodontic and dental appliances, such as dentures and retainers
Educate on the importance of good oral hygiene
Communicate with support staff regarding patient care plans
Coordinate and perform preventive dental care such as sealants, x-rays, flossing, fillings, fluoride applications, and whitening services such as whitening when indicated
Determine and diagnose oral diseases and provide appropriate treatment for common dental problems including root canals, surgical extractions, cleanings, and restoration.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements
Up-to-date knowledge of dental standards and guidelines, public health standards, and dental medicine trends and advances
Great communication skills and bedside manner
Able to selectively treat anterior and posterior teeth endodontically required
Selective implant placement and restoration required
Comfortable with fixed and removable prosthodontics
Experience with CBCT and Laser Dentistry
Computer proficiency
3+ years of in-office experience
Invisalign Certification is preferred but not required
Requires CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications
Current and unrestricted state license in good standing.
Compensation
$160,000 - $280,000 Production-Based
