Job Description
Established private practice in a heart of Carmel Valley is looking for a superstar Registered Dental Hygienist to add to our stellar team. We provide wonderful care for our patients and they reward us by referring their families and friends. We work as a team, we have fun and we accomplish things! Digital x-rays, Open Dental, sophisticated patient communication software, paperless practice. This position is part-time (2 days a week with potential for more). OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS: Well organized, motivated and punctual. Professional demeanor and appearance. Superb communication skills and chair side manner are a must.
The Hygienist at Radiant Dental Arts is a key member of the team, working closely with our dentists to ensure a dynamic and memorable patient experience.
This role is responsible for the delivery of exceptional dental care through conducting initial patient screenings, cleaning teeth, and educating patients on oral health and preventative care.
The Hygienist is the patient's advocate throughout their dental experience, providing meaningful patient feedback with compassion.

Create a positive and individualized experience for each patient
Ensure patients are well educated on their dental treatment plan including homecare.
Inspire patients to follow through with their recommended treatment and commit to continuing care
Accurately identify conditions like gingivitis, periodontitis, caries and malocclusion
Meticulously manage documentation and charts on each patient
Precisely maintain dental instruments, supplies and equipment inventory, and other ancillary duties
Proactively support team members at the Dental Assistant, Provider, and Front Office staff level
Collect and record patient health history
Gather patient testimonials and online reviews
Promote the companies Mission & Vision to patients and potential team members
Performs other related duties as assigned
