Job Description

Job Title: General Dentist Department: Clinical Reports to: Chief Dental Officer FLSA Status: Exempt Compensation Information: 32%-35% collections, $800-$900 daily rate for first 6-12 months. Multiple Locations Available: #Glen Burnie, #Lanham, #Dunkirk, #Prince Frederick, #Charlotte Hall, #Lexington Park, #Solomons, MD #Washington DC
Benefits:

PTO: 1.54 hours accrued for every 40 hours worked. Accrual rate increases based on tenure.
Sick Leave: 1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked. 40 hour max
Holidays: 8 paid holidays (eligible for Full Time positions only)

Bonus: All dental practice employees are eligible for monthly bonus opportunities based on the practice's achievement of key performance goals, including net production, net collection, and office visit targets. Provide high-quality dental care in collaboration with clinical staff
Stay current with dental advancements and refer patients to specialists as needed
Build strong relationships with patients and staff
Adhere to standard dentistry practices and company policies
Qualifications

DDS/DMD license
