Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Diagnose and treat various dental conditions, including restorative and preventive procedures.
Perform pediatric dentistry as needed, ensuring a gentle approach for younger patients.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide effective patient care.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventative care strategies.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols within the dental clinic.
Skills
Proficient in medical terminology related to dentistry.
Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to dental procedures.
Experience in managing medical records and documentation effectively.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
Familiarity with prosthodontics and general dentistry practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office setting.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and staff.
Understanding of pediatric dentistry principles is highly desirable.
