Looking for a dentist for 2 to 3 days per week

Your Specific Responsibilities:

Time sheet and EAR entry within the required time frame
Subject to emergency duty in the event of a natural disaster
Completion of all mandatory or assigned trainings within the required time frame
Patient care of children and adults
Teledentistry exams for the school based/portable program
Assist the Dental Director in coordinating with the College of Central Florida Dental Assisting program
Assist the Dental Director in teaching the Dental Students with the College of Central Florida Dental Assisting program
Coordination of, and participation in, school based program, Head Start and any other offsite programs
Dental Consortium meeting and other dental meetings as needed


Qualifications:
Minimum -
Licensure as a Dentist in accordance With Chapter 466, Florida Statutes.
Current CPR certification
Clear report from the National Practicioner Data Bank (NPDB)

Preferred -
Experience providing dental care to children
Current Medicaid provider in the State of Florida
Department of Health experience
Bilingual
