A Day in the Life:
As a Dental Assistant at Baylee Dental, you are the maestro of our patients’ dental care journeys! Your main gig involves welcoming, seating, and dismissing our patients cheerfully, rocking chairside assisting by anticipating our doctor’s needs, delivering quality, comfortable care in a stress-free environment, ensuring accurate patient records, and expeditiously turning over rooms. With your killer organizational skills and attention to detail, you keep our schedule flowing while making our patients feel appreciated and supported throughout the whole process.
Duties/Skills:
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Strong chairside assisting skills including patient education, room set-up, x-rays, sterilizing/disinfecting instruments and equipment, anticipating dentist needs, maintaining accurate patient records
- Great skills at building patient rapport
- Excellent phone and verbal skills
- Greets all patients pleasantly and with a smile
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Focused on a vision and committed to providing an unprecedented level of care to patients
- Experience with Eaglesoft a plus; having computer skills a must
- Experience with CAD/CAM technology a plus or eagerness to learn
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Expanded Duties
- Radiology Certification
- HIPPAA and CPR Certification
- At least 2 years Dental Assisting experience
- Positive attitude and open to growing and providing an extraordinary patient experience
- Enjoys dentistry and believes dentistry offers patients a means to better overall health
Work Schedule & Location:
This is a full-time position working in Summerfield, FL in a practice Monday - Thursday from 8 AM - 5 PM
