Associate Dentist
A Smile Shoppe
We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our team as we provide dental care with excellence and integrity. As you provide general dentistry, you will be supported by a clinical and administrative team that makes our patient experience uniquely personal and exceptional.
Work Locations:

Andrew Tibbitts - Murrieta, CA. - 2 days / week
A Smile Shoppe - Fallbrook, CA. - 2 days / week

Compensation:

30% of production

Potential range of $200k - $350k first year


Responsibilities:

Perform dental examinations: new, periodic, and problem focused
Determine and present treatment options
Provide dental care and treatment as prescribed and accepted by patients
Prescribe medications and therapies as needed
Educate patients on restorative and preventive dental health care
Actively work with team members to support and enhance our “work family’ culture
Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with our practice mission and core values

Qualifications or Requirements:

California Dental License
DEA Registration
1-2 years of experience preferred, but not required
