Job Description
As a Dental Hygienist you will play a key role in promoting optimal oral health for our patients. You will work alongside our talented dentists and support staff in providing high-quality preventive care, education, and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing procedures.
Take and develop high-quality X-rays as needed for diagnosis and treatment planning.
Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and performing periodontal charting.
Provide patient education on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and home care routines.
Assist in identifying early signs of oral disease and provide recommendations for treatment.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, documenting procedures and treatments.
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control protocols.
Work closely with the dental team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
Stay current on the latest dental practices, technologies, and advancements in hygiene care.
Qualifications:
Valid Dental Hygienist license in California.
Associate's degree in dental hygiene or higher from an accredited program.
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and terminology.
Proficiency in taking digital X-rays and familiarity with dental software.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and motivate patients on oral health.
A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Previous experience in a dental hygiene role is preferred but not required.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
