Job Description

Your smile and excitement sets the tone for each patient’s visit. You're the 'front line' of our office and will be the first point of contact over the phone or on arrival. You will be booking in new patients, greeting visitors, insurance verifications, Copay collections, sorting out appointments and undertaking other administrative tasks. You will work closely with health professionals and be treated as a valued member of a team, helping to deliver an important service to the community. What you'll bring is great spoken and written communication skills alongside a cheery emphatic nature. You should have a professional, caring, friendly and confident approach to work with colleagues and patients. We are looking for a qualified, professional and motivated Front Desk who is ready to help change the lives of patients, be a part of a team and grow personally and professionally within our Burleson Dental Family!!! (Privately owned Dental Practice).
Dental assisting experience is a plus
Spanish/Espanol speaking skills are preferred
Dental Software (Open Dental) is big plus
