Job Description
We are a 2 Location Private Practice Called Happy Sapiens Dental. We are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish front desk personnel. Job Involves:
Scheduling appointments, Phones.
Collecting money, Cash, Credit cards.
Insurance Verification, Checking dental procedures history.
Presenting Treatment Estimations, Getting patient signatures on forms.
Participate in conversations with the Billing Team.
Requirements:
Experience in dentistry is helpful.
May have to travel between the locations to cover for other team members.
Please make sure to calculate travel time to both locations from your home.
Generally we would like to station the person in one location.
Should be good at basic math including percentage calculations.
