Verifying insurance coverage, addressing billing inquiries, and collecting payments.
Supporting clinical and administrative teams by maintaining efficient patient flow.
Handling patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Upholding our practice’s core values, fostering trust, and building relationships with patients and team members.



Requirements

Previous dental office experience (required).
Proficiency with Open Dental or similar dental management software (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
