At Unicare Center for Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry, led by Dr. Farid Noie, the call center agent plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care. This position involves managing patient communications, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for all patients.
Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about dental services.
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage the dental hygiene schedule, coordinating appointments to optimize the dentist's and hygienist's time.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with patients regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, and any necessary follow-ups.
Administrative Support: Assist with various front desk duties, including managing patient records, processing payments, and handling insurance verifications.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with dental professionals and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow within the office.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a dental or medical call center is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in using scheduling software, excellent communication abilities, and strong organizational skills.
Language Proficiency: Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable to cater to a diverse patient base.
