Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health and well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of general dentistry practices, as well as specialized knowledge in areas such as pediatric dentistry and oral surgery. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to deliver high-quality care in a supportive and patient-centered environment.
Duties
Conduct thorough examinations of patientsââ¬â¢ teeth, gums, and overall oral health.
Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Perform various dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Document medical histories and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in general dentistry procedures; experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus.
Knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and dental fabrication techniques.
Familiarity with electronic health records systems such as Epic is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while adhering to ethical standards.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $241,220.00 per year
