Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide comprehensive biologic dental treatments with an emphasis on complex and restorative cases
Educate Patients and Peers: Participate in building out educational initiatives for patients and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning
Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure seamless patient experiences and contribute to practice innovations
Stay Ahead: Engage in continuing education (CE) to keep abreast of the latest advancements in biologic dentistry

Qualifications:

Licensure: Active dental license in Massachusetts
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in clinical practice, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex cases. Interest or prior experience in biologic dentistry is highly valued
Skills and Attributes:
Passion for whole-body wellness and biologic approaches to care
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow with the practice
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
Commitment to advancing clinical knowledge through continuing education
Technology: Familiarity with Open Dental is a plus
