Job OverviewWe are a new and growing Dental office in Syracuse, UT.
Hours: M (7:45am-5:00pm), W (7:45am-5:00pm) F (7:45am-1:00pm). Office will eventually be open to give you full time hours.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Dental Assistant to oversee our clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care. This role involves leading a team of clinical staff, coordinating procedures, and maintaining a positive and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in orthodontics, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
Duties

Supervise and mentor clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Coordinate daily clinical operations, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and x-ray procedures.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy.
preferred 2+ years experience
Experience with Dexis imaging software.
We use Curve Dental software. No experience needed but would help.
Familiarity with 3D scanning technology and x-ray procedures is highly desirable.
Proficient understanding of general dentistry principles as well as specialized areas such as prosthodontics and endodontics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster teamwork among clinical staff.
