The Dale City Smiles team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Dentist to join our dental family.
We are seeking a full time associate who has years of experience to join our modern 9 op office with exceptional patient care and bedside manner. We are a family owned practice with a thriving team that prioritizes quality patient care. We stay incredibly busy due to our established patient base and also averaging 130 new patients a month. We are able to achieve our goals by providing excellent patient care to everyone who walks through our doors.
Like we mentioned earlier, our team needs to be coachable. We have team members with over 30 years of experience that are still committed to learning and growing. We have found that collaboration and a willingness to learn is the best way to effectively run our practices.

Extra consideration given to doctors with additional training in Invisalign, Implants, and in Endodontics.
Must be willing to work some evenings and Saturdays
Bilingual; Spanish speaking is preferred
